Roxanne recieved a BA in Fine Arts, Painting and Drawing from St. Mary's College of Maryland, St. Mary's City, Maryland in 1986.

Roxanne sells her original artwork as well as prints. Roxanne worked as a graphic artist between 1986 and 2003 and reproduces her own quality prints.
